Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used eyewear, damaged items caused by misuse, and items returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
